Uubuzz's VIP program has five tiers – Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. You earn points on every bet or game you play, and your tier is determined by the points you accumulate.

• Bronze: New members are placed in this tier automatically and receive a 5% weekly reload bonus.
• Silver: Reached when your monthly bets hit ৳10,000. Comes with 8% cashback, faster withdrawal processing, and priority support.
• Gold: ৳50,000 in monthly bets. 12% cashback, a special birthday bonus, and priority access to select promotions.
• Platinum: At ৳2,00,000 in monthly bets. 15% cashback, a dedicated VIP host, and invitations to exclusive events.
• Diamond: Invite-only, up to 20% cashback, custom withdrawal limits, a dedicated account manager, and access to exclusive tournaments.

VIP points never expire, and you can redeem them for bonuses or free bets. Check your current tier and point balance anytime in your account dashboard.

When a match is cancelled or incomplete, uubuzz settles bets according to the following rules:

• Fully Cancelled Match: If a match is cancelled before it starts, all related bets are voided and the full stake is returned to your account within 24 hours.
• cricket (Duckworth-Lewis Method): If overs are reduced due to rain or any other reason and the result is determined via the D/L method, bets are settled accordingly. If the minimum number of overs is not completed, the match is voided.
• Match Suspended Mid-Way: If a match is not completed within the required timeframe after kick-off, bets are generally voided. In football, if fewer than 90 minutes are played and the governing authority does not officially recognise a result, the bet is void.
• Series Bet: If a match is cancelled, that leg is voided and the remaining bets continue at recalculated odds.
• Live Bet: If a match is suspended after a bet has been placed during live play, settlement may be based on the last confirmed score or the bet may be voided – depending on how much of the match had been completed.

Important: When contacting support, sharing your account number or registered mobile number helps resolve issues faster. Support will never ask for your password or OTP — if anyone does, it's a scam.

Entering the wrong password 5 times in a row will trigger an automatic temporary lock on your uubuzz account — this is a security measure. There are two ways to unlock it:

• Auto Unlock: After the first lockout, your account unlocks automatically after 30 minutes. Avoid retrying during this period, as further attempts may extend the lockout.
• Password Reset: Use the "Forgot Password?" option on the login page to receive an OTP on your registered mobile and set a new password. This will immediately remove the lock.
• Contact Support: If you're not receiving the OTP or your mobile number has changed, contact support via live chat. Once you verify your identity with KYC documents, your account will be unlocked manually – typically within 15–30 minutes.

An Accumulator (or Acca) — also known as a Parlay — combines multiple bets into one, multiplying the odds of each selection so the potential payout grows significantly when all picks are correct. Placing one on uubuzz is straightforward:

• Add to Bet Slip: Click on any match's odds to add them to your Bet Slip. Keep adding odds from multiple matches – once you have 2 or more selections, the Accumulator option will appear.
• Select the Accumulator Tab: Your Bet Slip includes "Single", "Double", "Treble", and "Acca" tabs. For 3 or more selections, choose "Accumulator".
• Enter Amount: Enter a stake amount and the combined odds and potential winnings are calculated automatically. For example, a ৳100 bet across 3 selections at 2.0 odds each would return ৳800 if all three win.
• One loss voids the entire bet: If even one selection in your Accumulator is wrong, the entire bet loses. Choose your selections carefully.
• Acca Bonus: uubuzz awards an additional 5–15% bonus on winning Accumulators with 5+ selections, depending on the number of legs included.

Tip for beginners: start with 2–3 selections in your Accumulator. The more selections you add, the lower your chances of winning.
